This Refund & Replacement Policy explains our approach to replacements and refunds for products purchased from BM Account Shop, operated by WM E-COMMERCE SERVICES INC.. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please read this policy carefully before ordering.

Nature of Digital Products

Our products are digital account-based goods delivered electronically. Once credentials have been delivered, a product is considered used and generally cannot be "returned". For this reason, standard change-of-mind returns do not apply.

Replacement Guarantee

Many of our products include a replacement guarantee for the period stated on the individual product page. If a delivered product does not work as described on initial access, or fails within the stated guarantee window due to an issue on our side, we will provide a free replacement. To qualify:

  • contact us within the guarantee period stated on the product page;
  • provide your order details and a clear description of the issue;
  • the account must not have been altered, misused, or used in violation of Meta's policies or applicable law.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be offered, at our discretion, where:

  • we are unable to deliver the product you ordered; or
  • a valid issue is reported within the guarantee period and a suitable replacement cannot be provided.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements are not available where:

  • credentials were changed, shared, or the account was misused after delivery;
  • the account was restricted or banned due to the buyer's advertising activity, content, or breach of platform policies;
  • the request is made after the guarantee period stated on the product page;
  • the buyer simply changed their mind after a working product was delivered.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Contact us through our contact page with your order details and a description of the problem. Our team reviews every request individually and will respond as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Approved replacements are typically issued promptly after verification. Where a refund is agreed, it is processed using the original payment method or another method agreed with you, subject to the processing times of that method.
